Does IQOS come with any kind of warranty?
All IQOS devices bought in New Zealand come with a 12 month warranty. To check if you qualify for a warranty replacement please contact our contact centre on 0800 810 433 or contact@iqos.co.nz.
How do I claim a warranty replacement?
If you are having trouble with your IQOS device please call our Customer Care Team at 0800 810 433 from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm for troubleshooting, diagnostic and replacement services.
