myIQOS is the home of our services and benefits for all IQOS devices. myIQOS is a sub-brand of IQOS and is made up of four pillars: Try, Pay Monthly, Get Support & Enjoy Privileges.

myIQOS was created to organise our services and benefits so that smokers or vapers aged 18 and older can get the most from their IQOS experience.

You don’t need to register for myIQOS but to make the most of myIQOS services and benefits, we strongly recommend that you create an IQOS account and link your IQOS device to this account.

Access to some services, under the Enjoy Privileges pillar, requires you to opt-in to receive marketing communications as well.

You can easily create your IQOS account online at, by calling our Customer Care team on 0800 810 433 or when you visit an IQVape store.

myIQOS has three service-focussed pillars and one dedicated to recognising your loyalty.

  • Try: You can take a guided trial with an expert in an IQVape store or at home using our free trial service*. You can also try IQOS in select Specialist Vape Retailer partner stores, to discover the full range of flavours and to find the one that’s right for you.

  • Whether you try in-store or decide to use our free trial service, you’ll receive expert guidance and support as you go.

  • Pay Monthly: You can subscribe to Auto Delivery, which allows you to have your consumables like VEEV Pods automatically delivered on a regular basis.

  • We also offer a payment solution that means you can pay for your purchase in three interest-free monthly payments*.

  • Get Support: You’ll receive support from the moment you choose IQOS. We’ll share tips and tricks, offer personalised support and help you troubleshoot any issues.

  • Warranty and accidental damage services are also available under this pillar. If you’re overseas for work or pleasure, you can also access support services with International Assistance*.

  • Enjoy Privileges: You can earn and spend IQOS Dollars with IQOS Rewards, our loyalty programme.

  • You can also earn extra rewards by recommending IQOS to smoker friends or family aged 18 or older with our referral programme too.

The services you received under Care Plus are still there but are now provided under the myIQOS name. You’ll find most of the former Care Plus services in the third and fourth pillars of myIQOS (Get support and Enjoy privileges).

There is no need to register to call the Customer Care team or to use the online troubleshooting tool. To access all myIQOS services and benefits we do recommend that you create an IQOS account at and link your IQOS device to that account.
