The IQOS 14 Day Trial lets you experience IQOS Heated Tobacco devices for free. There are no obligations. Simply trial a device for up to 14 days and either keep it or return it.
It’s free to trial the device and if you decide to keep it after the trial ends then we’ll simply bill your credit/debit card.
You also have the option of paying for the device over three instalments. Please get in touch on 0800 810 433 and we’ll organise this for you.
- Go to iqos.co.nz and click on “Heated Tobacco Vaping” at the top of the page and select “14 Day Trial” from the menu.
- Click “Start your trial” followed by “Try device for free” and add the IQOS ILUMA ONE trial kit to your shopping cart by clicking ‘Add to cart’.
- If you don’t have an account with us, you can register for one during checkout. Make sure you have your driver licence or passport to hand so that we can verify that you are 18+. We do this to prevent underage youth accessing our products.
- Once you’ve completed checkout you will be notified by email as soon as your device has been shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery and you will need to sign for it upon delivery. The delivery driver may also need to see your driver licence or passport to ensure it is you that we are delivering to.
- Once you receive your IQOS ILUMA ONE kit, you’ll have 14 days to explore the device.
- We’ll also be in touch with you to help you with your IQOS experience.
- At the end of the 14-day trial, we’ll be in touch with you to see if you would like to keep or return your device.
- If you decide to keep your device, we will either charge the cost in full to your registered credit or debit card, or by agreed instalment, within a week of the trial ending.
- If you decide that IQOS isn’t for you, just let us know and return the IQOS ILUMA ONE kit (device + box + charging cable + power adapter) to us in the prepaid courier bag provided. Please retain the ticket number for tracking and verification in case it is lost in transit.
