What is IQOS 14 Day Trial?
The IQOS 14 Day Trial lets you experience selected IQOS devices for free. There are no obligations. Simply trial a device for 14 days, then decide if you would like to keep it or return it back to us.
What should I expect in my parcel?
For IQOS 3 DUO and IQOS 3 MULTI:
A new device, charger, cleaning brush, cleaning sticks and a return courier bag.
Important: Our heated tobacco devices must be used with specially designed tobacco sticks which are sold separately.
How much does the 14 day trial cost?
It’s free to trial the device. However, if you decide to keep the device after the trial period, we’ll bill your card for device retail price at the end of your trial.
How do I get started with the 14 day trial?
1. From our website, click on “TRIAL” from the navigator bar at the top of the page or from the menu dropdown selection in the top left of your mobile device.
2. Choose an IQOS device that you would like to trial over the 14 days. Add this to your shopping cart by clicking ‘Trial now’.
3. If you don’t have an account with us already, you can register during checkout. Be sure to have your driver licence or passport so that we can verify your age. We do this to ensure we are continuing to prevent youth access to our products.
4. Once you’ve completed the checkout process, you will be notified by email as soon as your device has been shipped out. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. An 18+ signature will be required.
What do I do once I receive my parcel?
1.Once you receive your IQOS kit, you will have 14 days to explore the device.
2. We’ll be in touch to help ensure you have everything you need for your IQOS experience.
3. We will also contact you when the end of your 14 day trial approaches to check if you would like to keep or return your device.
4. If you decide to keep your device, we will simply charge the cost to your registered credit card within a week after the end of your 14 trial.
5. If you decide that IQOS is not for you, just let us know and simply return the kit to us using the prepaid pack provided. Please retain the ticket number for tracking and verification purposes in case the returned kit is lost in transit.
I get an error message saying that I’m not able to purchase lending products
This message will show up if you’ve trialled an IQOS device before. You may only trial once.
