How to use your IQOS 3.

1. Tap the button on your IQOS 3 Pocket Charger to check the battery level. If it's low, plug the device into a power outlet using an original IQOS AC Adapter and cable.

2. To turn your IQOS 3 Pocket Charger on or off, press the button at the top for 4 seconds. Check the status light on your IQOS holder to see the battery level. 1 solid light means it's fully charged and you can use it. No light means it's time to recharge the holder.

3. To use your IQOS 3 holder, gently insert a tobacco stick. Don't twist the tobacco stick- if you do, you risk breaking the blade. After you've inserted the tobacco stick, press and hold the holder button. You'll feel a vibration and the light will pulse slowly. This means the holder is getting ready. When you feel two vibrations and the status light is on, your IQOS is ready to use.

4. When you feel two vibrations again, this means your IQOS time is nearly up. Gently slide open the IQOS 3 holder, remove the tobacco stick, and slide the holder shut. You'll need to recharge before you can use it again.

5. With the IQOS 3 holder in the charger, watch the light on the top. When it's flashing that means the holder is charging. When the light is on, it means you can take the holder out.

How to Charge Your IQOS 3.

Make sure your IQOS 3 Holder and Pocket Charger are always ready when you need them.

1. You need to charge your IQOS 3 Holder after every use. To start, first remove the used tobacco stick.

2. Then put the holder in the charger and close the charger door. The bar lights at the top will indicate the IQOS 3 Holder charge level. When the small light flashes that means the holder is charging.

3. Wait a few minutes and the small light should stop flashing. This means your IQOS 3 Holder is ready.

4. After 20 uses, recharge the IQOS 3 Pocket Charger with the official IQOS cable and AC Power Adapter.

How to clean your IQOS 3.

Keeping your IQOS clean is important, especially if you want to have a consistent taste experience.

1. Once your IQOS 3 holder is cool, at least 30 seconds from the last use, you can slide the cap off.

2. Tap out any loose tobacco from inside your IQOS 3 Holder. Check that the cleaning tool is in good condition before gently inserting it into the IQOS 3 Holder. Twist the cleaner gently 2 or 3 times. When you finish, carefully remove the cleaner and tap out any tobacco residue.

3. Every once in a while, you can also use the cleaning stick to clean inside your IQOS 3 holder. Remember to avoid the blade when you do so. And clean the cap too, top and bottom.

4. We recommend cleaning the holder once a day, or after you’ve used 20 tobacco sticks.

How to insert tobacco sticks.

Nobody wants a damaged device that’s a given. So when inserting your tobacco stick into your IQOS 3 holder, don't twist or force it in.
Gently insert a tobacco stick into the holder, tobacco end first. If the tobacco stick feels too stiff, try pre-heating the holder for 5 seconds before inserting it.
Remember, only specially made tobacco sticks can be used with an IQOS device.

How to remove tobacco sticks.

Slide the cap up on your IQOS holder and gently pull the tobacco stick out.
To protect your blade, do not twist the tobacco stick when removing it. Once removed, slide the holder cap back down.
