1. Check if your IQOS 3 MULTI is turned on by pressing the button for 1 second. If it's on, lights will show on the bottom of the device and you're ready to go. If not, turn on the IQOS 3 MULTI by holding down the charger button for 4 seconds. Still no luck? You'll need to charge your IQOS with the IQOS AC Power Adapter and cable.
2. If your IQOS 3 MULTI is ready to go, rotate the IQOS 3 MULTI lid and insert the tobacco stick. Push it gently down to the filter line (make sure you don't twist the tobacco stick).
3. Hold the button until it vibrates. The light will begin to pulse as your IQOS 3 MULTI heats up.
4. Your IQOS 3 MULTI will then vibrate twice and the light will turn solid white. This means you're ready to go!
5. When the light begins to pulse and your device vibrates twice again, it means your IQOS 3 MULTI time is almost finished.
6. When the light fades out, remove the used tobacco stick. Now you can use your IQOS 3 MULTI again whenever you want.
1. Press the button on your IQOS 3 MULTI to check your battery level.
2. The bar light on the bottom will show how much charge is left in your IQOS 3 MULTI.
3. If your IQOS 3 MULTI battery has run out of charge, plug it into an electrical outlet and charge it with the official IQOS cable and AC Power Adapter. Check that the bar light is pulsing, as this confirms that your IQOS is charging.
4. When the bar light is full again, you're ready to go!
Keeping your device clean is important, especially if you want to get a consistent taste experience. Thankfully, the IQOS cleaning tool does most of the work for you:
1. First, let the IQOS 3 MULTI cool down completely. Then slide the cap off and tap out any loose tobacco.
2. Carefully insert the cleaner all the way to the end without twisting. When the cleaner is fully inserted, then twist a few times.
3. Gently remove the cleaner and tap out any tobacco residue.
4. From time to time, we advise using the IQOS cleaning stick. Do it gently and don't forget to use it inside the cap.
Nobody wants a damaged device that’s a given. So when inserting your tobacco stick into your IQOS 3 MULTI holder, don't twist or force it in.
Gently insert a tobacco stick into the holder, tobacco end first. If the tobacco stick feels too stiff, try pre-heating the holder for 5 seconds before inserting it.
Remember, only specially made tobacco sticks can be used with an IQOS device.
Slide the cap open on your IQOS 3 MULTI and gently pull the tobacco stick out.
To protect your blade, do not twist the tobacco stick when removing it. Once removed, slide the cap closed.
Remember to keep your IQOS 3 MULTI battery charged daily for continuous usage. Your IQOS 3 MULTI will charge faster if you plug it to a wall power outlet.
