The IQOS 14 Day Trial lets you experience selected IQOS devices for free. However, if you decide to keep your device, we will simply charge the cost to your registered credit card within a week after the end of your 14-day trial.

Once you receive your IQOS kit, you will have 14 days to explore and trial your device.

When the end of your 14-day trial approaches, we will contact you to check if you'd like to keep or return your device.
If you decide to keep your device, we'll charge the cost of the device to your registered credit card within a week after the end of your trial.

If you decide that IQOS is not for you, just let us know and you can return the kit using the prepaid pack provided. Please retain the ticket number for tracking and verification purposes in case the returned kit is lost in transit.
