The IQOS 14 Day Trial lets smokers experience an IQOS kit with no upfront cost*. If you decide to keep your kit, a charge wil be made to your registered credit card within one week of the 14-day trial ending.
* IQOS only works with HEETS tobacco sticks (sold separaterly).
The 14-day trial starts on the date on which you receive your IQOS kit.
When the end of your 14-day trial approaches, you will be contacted by email and/or phone to see if you intend to keep or return your IQOS kit. If you decide to keep your IQOS kit, we'll charge the cost of the kit to your registered credit card within a week after the end of your trial.
If you decide that IQOS is not for you, just let us know and you can return the kit using the prepaid pack provided. Please retain the ticket number for tracking and verification purposes in case the returned kit is lost in transit.
