No lights on your IQOS ILUMA or IQOS ILUMA Prime Pocket Charger? What it means and how to fix it.

What no lights on your IQOS ILUMA Pocket Charger means.
The white strip lights on your Pocket Charger shows the status and level of charge.
If the Pocket Charger strip lights are not turning on, it could mean:
- The device is powered off: You may have intentionally or accidentally turned off your device.
- The battery is flat: If you’ve plugged your device in to charge, but it seems like your IQOS ILUMA is not charging, no strip lights could mean the Pocket Charger battery is discharged.
- The device is malfunctioning: The device is not working properly and the strip lights aren’t coming on as expected.
- The device is damaged: Physical or liquid damage may have occurred.
Note: When a device reset is performed, the strip lights will fade out and temporarily turn off.
No Holder lights on IQOS ILUMA Pocket Charger.
Round lights on the Pocket Charger indicate the Holder's level of charge and status. If the strip lights are on, but the round Holder lights are not turning on, it could mean your Holder is not getting charge from the Pocket Charger.
This can happen if:
- The Holder is incorrectly placed inside the Pocket Charger.
- The contacts between the Holder and Pocket Charger are dirty.
- There’s liquid damage. If liquid got into the Holder somehow, this could cause the device to malfunction.
- The Holder is physically damaged. Inspect the Holder for visible damage which may have caused it to stop working properly.
- The Holder is malfunctioning. A software issue can cause the device to malfunction. A quick device reset can help to troubleshoot this issue.
