VEEV inPRIME pods are translucent, to help you keep an eye on your liquid level. Pods also include a low liquid detection system to prevent burnt taste.

VEEV inPRIME features the new AdvanceVape Induction System™, a new induction heating technology that uses a magnetic field to heat a metal element in the vape pod.
The metal element heats the e-liquid to create vapour without any direct contact. Induction heating technology delivers a consistent taste, which alongside the low e-liquid detection system, prevents burnt taste.
This contactless heating reduces maintenance, as there's no residue build-up on the heating element.
VEEV inPRIME uses the AdvanceVape Induction System™, whereas many vapes in New Zealand use a ceramic coil heating system. Induction heating, combined with low liquid detection technology, means less maintenance and a more consistent vaping experience.

No, VEEV ONE device pods are not compatible with VEEV inPRIME devices, and vice versa. You can only use VEEV inPRIME pods with a VEEV inPRIME device.
VEEV InPRIME uses induction heating technology, whereas VEEV ONE uses ceramic heating technology.
VEEV inPRIME devices feature a 650mAh battery and can be fully charged in less than 40 minutes** compared to VEEV ONE which has a 450mAh battery and charges in less than 45 minutes.
VEEV inPRIME provides up to 1400 puffs* per 2ml pod compared to VEEV ONE that delivers up to 1000 puffs* per 2ml pod.

Using VEEV inPRIME safely is easy:
- Press the button 5 times within 5 seconds to unlock the device. You can start using your VEEV InPRIME device straight away.
- The LED lights will fade in and out during usage.
- To activate, change or deactivate the RESPONSIVE DRAW™ vibration settings, press the button briefly while taking a puff.
- You can swap the flavours anytime, even when the device is on.
- Once you're done, simply stop puffing and the device will turn off automatically.
- If you do not use your device, within 10 minutes device will lock automatically.
- No need to let it cool down, you can store it and just keep going with your day.
- Charge when needed, when the lowest LED light blinks white 5 times it means you must recharge the device to continue using.
- Device can be fully charged in less than 40 minutes*

Store and use your VEEV inPRIME device in dry, well‑ventilated conditions within an operating temperature range of 0°C to 30°C.
Do not expose your VEEV inPRIME device to excessive heat or moisture.
If the device temperature falls outside the recommended range, simply return it to the operational temperature range.
You can check the battery level by giving the button a short press. The following LEDs showcase the below ranges (1 to 4 refer to the LEDs going from the top to the bottom):
- Less than 1% battery level: LED 1 blinks white 5x & no aerosol comes out
- Between 1 and 25% battery level: 1 LED shines white
- Between 25 to 50% battery level: LED 1& 2 shine white
- Between 50 to 75% battery level: LED 1,2,3 shine white
- Between 75 to 100% battery level: LED 1, 2, 3 & 4 shine white
Your VEEV inPRIME device should be recharged to continue using.
It takes less than 40 minutes to fully charge your VEEV inPRIME device using a manufacturer supplied charging cable (supplied in the box) and a manufacturer-approved AC power adapter. For optimal charging performance, only use a manufacturer-approved charging cable.
When the device is fully charged, the 4 white lights will briefly stay ON for 10 seconds and slowly fade out.

Press & hold the button for 10 seconds until the Status Lights blink WHITE twice and the device turns on. Your device is RESET.
The best way to vape with VEEV inPRIME is to take smooth puffs with normal drawing pressure. Also, make sure that the air flow channels at each side of the device are not covered by your fingers while puffing.
VEEV inPRIME devices should not be exposed to any liquid. Do not use them if they are wet or have been immersed in any liquid. Droplets/traces of liquid that are visible on the mouthpiece, which may occur during unpacking or usage, can be wiped off with a clean dry cloth before use.
Do not use this product if it appears damaged, tampered with, broken, or leaking.
In case of contact with leaking e-liquid from VEEV inPRIME, wash the affected area immediately with soap and water.

- Low Liquid Detection: Lowest Status Light blinks red, then white 3 times. If warning persists, replace the pod to keep using.
- Error Notification: Lowest Status Light blinks red more than once. Change the pod. If error persists, reset the device.

VEEV inPRIME devices contain lithium-ion batteries, so they must be in your hand luggage, not checked baggage when travelling on an aeroplane. This is required by most airlines and aviation authorities for safety reasons.
We recommend you check with the airline you’re traveling with and verify whether you may take your device on board with you.
Most airlines and aviation authorities specify that you should not use or charge a vape device on a plane.
We suggest you to first finish your pod before taking it into the aeroplane, as otherwise, due to air- pressure, the pod e-liquid might leak. If your pod leaked, in case of contact with leaking e-liquid from a VEEV inPRIME pod, wash the affected area immediately with soap and water.
Always verify regulations for your destination and transit countries before traveling.
Your VEEV inPRIME device is covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
It does not affect in any way any other guarantees or right you may have in regards of the seller of the products which may or may not be Philip Morris.
Please note this voluntary warranty does not apply to VEEV inPRIME pods, as these are considered consumables with shorter lifespan.
