The IQOS 14 Day Trial lets smokers experience an IQOS ILUMA ONE with no upfront cost*. If you decide to keep your kit (IQOS ILUMA ONE device + charging cable + power adapter), a charge will be made to your registered credit card within one week of the 14-day trial ending.

Your 14-day trial starts from the date you receive your IQOS kit.

When the end of your 14-day trial approaches, we will get in touch with you by email and/or phone to see if you plan to keep or return your IQOS kit. If you decide to keep it, we'll charge the cost of the kit to your registered credit card within a week of the end of your trial.

If you decide to return your IQOS kit (IQOS ILUMA ONE device, box, charging cable and AC adapter), please use the prepaid courier pack provided. Please retain the ticket number for tracking and verification purposes.
